Is beautification of streets important?
To the editor:
How many people will decide to live in a town based on “beautification” of the streets? We need and are lucky that the street is going to be improved. Opinions fly about high taxes, so let’s not spend extra money on something only a few will pay attention to. We agree that doing Prairie Ave. to Downtown would look like there wasn’t enough money to do the job properly.
