Willis A. Eberline
BLUE EARTH — Willis Arlo Eberline, 77, of Blue Earth, passed away at home on Monday, April 7, 2025, from COPD. The family will greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 14, at Patton Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery. Online condolences can be left at www.pattonfh.com.
Willis was born Feb. 17, 1948, to Victor and Veanna (Stoner) Eberline in Blue Earth. He lived and farmed the family homestead for over 50 years. He retired in 2020. He also served in the National Guard.
On July 2, 1983, he married Carol Ogilvie, and together they farmed and raised their two children, Matthew and Heather.
He is survived by his loving wife Carol, son Matthew, daughter Heather (David) Bayerl, two grandchildren, Dominic and Maggie Bayerl, his sisters; Sharon (Allan) Krieger and family, Marlene Rapinac and family, Jean (Bill) Willmert and family and his brother Eddie (Kathy) Eberline and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Victor and Veanna, his in-laws Don and Betty Ogilvie, and several aunts and uncles.
