Debra “Deb” Marie (Myking) Mosloski was born Jan. 15, 1954, in Fairmont, Minn., to Norman and Doris (Rahfeldt) Myking.
Deb married Jerald “Jerry” Mosloski on March 24, 1973, at Holy Family Catholic Church in East Chain, Minn. They were blessed with three sons, Christopher, Brandon, and Matthew. Deb and Jerry are members of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
Deb’s greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed bowling, golfing, watching the Minnesota Vikings, and watching stock car races for over 30 years. She was known as “Mama Moz” to many racers. Deb and her special niece, Rhonda Hines, enjoyed every minute of their time together, including traveling to Nascar races and Minnesota Vikings games, sharing lots of laughs, and creating wonderful memories.
Deb loved all aspects of and took great pride in her flower gardens. She could, and did, spend hours making sure everything was just the way she wanted them.
Deb was blessed to have many travel opportunities over the years, not only with family but also with great friends.
After graduating from Fairmont High School in 1972, Deb worked at Teledyne Aerospace until 1977. She then worked at the Martin County Courthouse from 1979 to 2016, where she really enjoyed working with the farmers! Deb also worked at Shopko part-time for 13 years!
Deb served on the Board of Directors at Rose Lake Golf Course, was an officer with Women’s Bowling League, and taught catechism classes at St. Katherine’s. She was also a Boy Scout Troop Leader. Deb also enjoyed her time playing softball for over 30 years, for both the women’s league and co-ed league.
Deb is survived by her husband, Jerald Mosloski; sons, Chris (Sadie) Mosloski, Brandon (Adria) Mosloski, and Matthew Mosloski; sister, Connie Danner; special niece, Rhonda (Randall) Hines; grandchildren, Miriah, Emilee, Kasen, Kylin, Aaron, Hunter, and Skylar; great-grandchildren, Aubree and Oaklynn; in-laws, Alan (Kathy), Richard (Deb), Kevin, Lori, and Mark (Sue); as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Deb was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Doris Myking; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Louis and Lois Mosloski; sister, Marsha (Roger) Swanson; brother-in-law, Robert Danner; and a sister-in-law, Jean Widger. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given in Deb’s name to UHD Hospice and/or Lutz Cancer Center in Fairmont.
