DiAnn was called to her eternal rest on Tuesday morning, Jan. 21, 2025, at Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont, Minn. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 31, 2025, at First Lutheran Church in Trimont. Kramer Family Funeral Home of Welcome, Sherburn, and Trimont, Minn., is assisting the family with arrangements

DiAnn Rettke was born on Jan. 3, 1940, to Gordon and Florence Rettke in Fairmont, Minn.

She is survived by her children, Emily Helmers of Sherburn, Minn; Ethan Lee of Trimont, Minn.; two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lola Warhol of Hopkins, Minn. and Jona Bartholomew of St. Louis Park, Minn.; brother, DuWayne Rettke of Trinity, Flor.; step-son, Dennis Bloomquist of Jackson, Minn.; sisters-in-law, Eunice Johnson and Melva Ammann both of St. James, Minn.; brother-in-law Charles Bloomquist of Calif.; nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives.
