Jeremy was called to his eternal rest on Wednesday evening, April 14, 2021 at St. John’s Home in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Welcome.
