CEYLON — The Lake Belt Bar and Grill in Ceylon will have Puzzle Races at 2:30 p.m. today. Plan to attend. Coffee Lovers meet from 8:30 to 10 a.m. each Thursday in the banquet room in the back of the Lake Belt Bar and Grill. Area residents are welcome to join them.

An annual Voter’s Meeting at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. Their partner Church St. Paul’s in Wilbert will have 9:30 a.m. services. As part of the Circle of Faith Parishes, St. Peter Lutheran Church may attend services at 9 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Trimont or 10:30 a.m. services at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome.

The Sherburn Theatre will feature “A Complete Unknown”, a biopic film about Bob Dylan, this weekend. The showtimes are 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 4 p.m. on Sundays. Next weekend the movie will be “Dogman”. Tickets are $5. Concessions will be available.

The Ceylon Area Historical Society will have its Annual Meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 5 at the Portage Bank in Ceylon. All members are encouraged to attend.

Next weekend will be February. Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Ceylon will have its service at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1. They also invite area residents to the Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays.

The Red Cross Blood Drives in Feb. will be on Feb. 10 at the Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center in Trimont, on Feb. 11 and 12 at the Best Western Hotel in Fairmont, on Feb. 21 at the American Legion in Fairmont, on Feb. 24 at the St.Paul’s Community Church in Welcome and on Feb. 25 at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. In upcoming events, there will be a Pancake Brunch sponsored by the Ceylon Fire Department Relief Association from 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 16 at the banquet room in the back of Lake Belt Bar and Grill. Remember, a Ceylon High School All-School Reunion is planned for June 28.
