Amber G. Carroll, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of drugs-fifth degree-possess schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis or hemp; fined $75, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 45 days, sentenced to correctional facility 13 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, sentenced to service 80 hours for indeterminate, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, cognitive skill training, mental health evaluation. Rogelio Lopez, 42, of Blue Earth, was convicted of driver approaching intersection fails to yield right of way; fined $210. Received an additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; dismissed.
Shannon M. Anderson, 41, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication for uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $275, unsupervised monitoring without conviction six months, no same or similar. Received an additional charge of failure to obtain new driver’s license after changing name or address; dismissed.
Joshua D. Musel, 26, of Frost was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, supervised probation one year, complete treatment, and follow all recommendations for aftercare, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, sign releases of information as directed.
