Justin L. Larson, 42, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication of terroristic threats-reckless disregarding risk; fined $1,075, sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, mental health evaluation, take medications in the prescribed dose and frequency, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent, assigned social worker if any, mental health treatment provider if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, do not enter victim’s residence, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received additional charges of third-degree burglary-steal/commit felony or gross misdemeanor and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; both dismissed.
