Cory J. Fritchman, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of window restrictions-tint too dark; fined $135. Also convicted of operating an unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets/highway; fined $100.

Scott S. Vangerpen, 48, of Winnebago, was convicted of trespassing-return to property within a year; sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, do not enter additional locations, do not enter the 500 Home Street property.

Allan L. Bassett, 63, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 334 days for two years, home monitoring (electronic alcohol) 28 days for indeterminate, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, complete comprehensive assessment, successfully complete and follow all recommendations of CD treatment currently attending with VA, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, individual therapy, continue with individual therapy until successfully discharged from therapist and follow all recommendations, attend MADD Impact Panel, no misdeameanor violations. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; dismissed.

Daniel Harrer, 39, of Wells was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200.
