Malachi D. Smith, 44, of Welcome was convicted of open bottle law-possession-crime described; fined $260. Received an additional charge of possessing an open package of cannabis in a motor vehicle; dismissed.

Catarino Lopez, 69, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication for driving after revocation; fined $275, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication six months, no same or similar, no DAC, DAS. or DAR driving type offenses, obtain driver’s license, make best efforts to maintain driver’s license.

Dylan K. Foley, 29, of Wells received a stay of adjudication for issuing dishonored check; fined $210, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised monitoring without conviction one year, no same or similar, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, sign releases of information as directed, pay restitution, pay $40 per month.
