Vicente Martin Chilel, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without carrying proof of insurance; fined $200. Also convicted driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Hayley T. Iverson, 27, of Albert Lea was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, supervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
