Received additional charges of second-degree burglary-dwelling, theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent and fourth-degree intentional damage to property-other circumstances; each dismissed.
John A. Perez Jr., 42, of Kasson was convicted of violating no contact order-within 10 years of the first of two more conviction; fined $910, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 40 days, sentenced to correctional facility 21 months, five years, supervised probation five years, , domestic abuse counseling/treatment, complete a Domestic Abuse Program as required by Minnesota Statute, no assault, no assaultive or threatening behavior, cooperate with transfer to county of residence, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from Agent before leaving the State. Received an additional charge of stalking-pattern of stalking conduct; dismissed.
Werner Esterhuizen, 47, Elmore was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, supervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Received an additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; dismissed.
