Braulio Jasso Soto, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired-described and driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; both dismissed.

Meza Herrera, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 78 days for one year, credit for time served 12 days, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, contact with probation. Received additional charges of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene and terroristic threats-reckless disregarding risk; dismissed.
