Marvin J. Lopez Ocon, 31, of Racine, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Jorge A. Paz, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $9,956, supervised probation five years, complete diagnostic assessment, follow recommendations, pay restitution in the amount of $9,956.60, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, refrain from any assaultive, abusive behaviors, including harassment, stalking, or threats of violence, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, do not leave Minn. without court written approval, sign probation agreement, comply with new signed payment contract for restitution established with probation.

Vicki L. Hookham, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Andrew R. Bach, 36, of Easton was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, supervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Received additional charges of second-degree driving while impaired-refusal to submit to a chemical test and open bottle law; both dismissed.
