Jesus Ramos Cabrera, 21, of Osseo was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Tieshia M. Ray, 35, of Beloit, Wis. was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Robert J. Siems, 57, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285.

Speeding — Kingston L. Lenard, 34, of Milwaukee, Wis.; Jeremy G. Sailor, 48, of Vernon Center; both fined $125.

Driving after revocation — Jaime H. Amaro, 22, of San Benito, Texas; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Judith A. M. Island, 37, of Beulah, Wyo.; fined $285.

Kristy L. Michels, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; sentenced to jail five days, stay five days for six months, unsupervised probation six months, no same or similar.

Donovan D. Munoz, 24, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $335. Received additional charges of uninsured vehicle-owner violation and speeding; both dismissed.

Zachary H. Ertman, 34, of Good Thunder was convicted of possessing ammo/any firearm-previous felony conviction; fined $660, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 361 days for two years, credit for time served three days, sentenced to service four days for 180 days, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of fish and game-untagged big game animal; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.

Brent E. Streed, 44, of Le Center was convicted of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, and IV-not a small amount of marijuana; fined $575, sentenced to jail 36 days, credit for time served 36 days, supervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment, follow all recommendations, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Received additional charges of operating an unregistered vehicle/without plates on public streets/highways and driving after revocation; both dismissed.

Duane W. Becker, 78, of Freeborn was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $410, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, supervised probation one year, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no driving without valid driver’s license and insurance, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, do not enter bars or liquor stores, exceptions: may enter Wells or Freeborn Legion or VA or TB3 where some events occur to assist in events and programs related to military service, funeral service, officer meetings, fundraisers, no alcohol consumption during these events, pay restitution. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; dismissed.
