Damien J. Menssen, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Received an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; dismissed.

Ross J. Huper, 18, of Alden was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Milder Lopez Diaz, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $185. Also convicted of child passenger restrain system-age 2 or older/internal harness/front facing; fined $50.
