Gavin E. Flohre, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana; fined $1,360, sentenced to jail 85 days, credit for time served 85 days, supervised probation five years, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and your civil rights are fully restored, report to agent as directed immediately upon release from jail, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, refer to the FMJ Multi County Drug Court program, if qualified for the program successfully complete the program following all recommendations for care and aftercare, this includes the completion of the required mental health evaluation, follow all reocmmendations for care and aftercare, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer. Received additional charges of drugs-possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration and drugs-possession of drug paraphemalia-use or possession prohibited; both dismissed.
