Greiner, 64, of Fairmont was convicted of taxes-false or fraudulent returns-file with commissioner; sentenced to jail 200 days, sentenced to jail 150 days, sentenced to correctional facility 12 months and one day, stay for five years, sentenced to service community work service 160 hours for indeterminate, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, pay restitution, individual therapy, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, cognitive skill training, contact with probation, defendant is required to file amended tax returns. Received additional charges of three taxes-false and fraudulent returns-file with commissioners and four taxes-failure to pay or collect; each dismissed.
