Gavin J. Deem, 20, of Elmore was convicted of liquor consumption by person under 21; fined $185. Also convicted of possessing alcohol under the age of 21; fined $100. Also convicted of possessing an open package of cannabis in a motor vehicle-not compliant packaging or container; fined $100.
Keeley A. Broomfield, 51, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication for disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy obscene; fined $100, unsupervised monitoring without conviction one year, remain law-abiding, no same or similar, no contact with victim or family, no contact with Alexis Rojo and their family, individual therapy, continue with individual therapy until therapy is no longer deemed necessary by defendant’s therapist. Received additional charges of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm and interrupting, interfering, impeding, disrupt 911 call; both dismissed.
Katty J. Plascencia, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of colliding with unattended vehicle without notification to victim or police; fined $285. Received an additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; dismissed.

Received additional charges of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and fourth-degree driving while impaired; both dismissed.
