Melissa A. Rowe, 49, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200.

James J. Bray, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.

Norma Aguirre Arellano, 49, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication of forgery-use false writing/identification/recommend; fined $200, unsupervised monitoring without conviction one year, no same or similar, pay restitution.

Augusto A. Marquez, 26, of St. Cloud was convicted of second-degree drugs-sale of 10 grams or more-narcotic other than heroin within 90 day period; fined $2,285; sentenced to correctional facility 48 months, supply DNA sample. Received additional charges of first-degree drugs-sale of 17 grams or more-cocaine or meth within 90 day period and third-degree drugs-possess 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin; both dismissed.

Robert Lugo Jr., 37, of Fairmont was convicted of counterfeiting of currency-uttering or possessing; fined $260, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 364 days for two years, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, contact with probation following sentencing.

Roger D. Rodenz, 46, of Elmore was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 91 days, stay 91 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Brandon L. Anderson, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of displaying another’s plates; fined $175. Received an additional charge of motor vehicle registration-intent to escape tax; dismissed.

Alexis L. Darkow, 19, of Elmore was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $260. Received an additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; dismissed.

Sean R. Flanagan, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or justifiable risk; sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, supervised probation one year, attend MADD Impact Panel, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
