Gerardo Alonzo Jr., 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration or contact with person under 13-actor>36m older; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 30 days, sentenced to jail 60 days, supervised probation 10 years, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no contact with persons under the age of 18, no contact with females under the age of 18 until approved by agent, incidental contact with females under the age of 18 at defendant’s place of employment is not a violation, court allows supervised contact with defendant’s 17-year-old sister and four month old niece with the supervisor pre-approved by agent, do not possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, do not enter places where sexual materials are available, any establishment that has sexual entertainment as its primary business as determined by probation agent, no access to or use of internet without approval, do not access sex/chat/local dating websites/blogs without approval of agent, if internet is approved must submit to random checks by agent, submit to Polygraph Examinations as directed, psychological sexual evaluation from professional services, restitution reserved, no contact with victim(s), no mood-altering chemicals or possession of mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and follow all recommendations, complete the Christian Family Services Treatment program and follow through with aftercare, give a DNA sample when directed, no contact with minor females unless approved by agent and therapist, no contact with persons under 18, home detention/electronic monitoring, work release, attend sex offender program, install monitoring software on all electronic devices as directed by agent. Received three additional charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration or contact with a person under 13-actor>36m older; all dismissed.
