Giovanni B. Hernandez, 19, of Chicago, Illi. was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Marlyse M. Oswald, 72, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication of school bus-safety of school children-must use stop arm signal; fined $285, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication six months, no same or similar.

Juan L. Diaz III, 20, was convicted underage drinking and driving-crime described; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel. Received additional charges of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type and speeding; both dismissed.

Failure to use seatbelt — Andrew J. Murphy, 38, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

Driving after revocation — Holden K. Tesch, 30, of Buffalo Center; fined $285.

Wilma J. Jones, 52, of Alden was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, supervised probation one year, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
