Idowu A. Akingbala, 41, of Saint Louis Park was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Jacob J. Canales, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without Minnesota registration; fined $185. Received an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; dismissed.

Michael A. Clark, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana; fined $200, sentenced to correctional facility 17 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Also convicted of theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; fined $200, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 333 days for two years, credit for time served 31 days, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served two days, sentenced to service three days for indeterminate, sentenced to service 13 days for indeterminate, supervised probation two years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state , pay restitution in the amount of $200 to paid in six months, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, enter and successfully complete Drug Court, complete a screening FMJ Treatment Court and successfully complete the program if accepted. Received an additional charge of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana; dismissed.

Jeremy E. Johnson, 44, of Moorhead was convicted of fifth-degree assault to cause fear of bodily harm or death; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no misdemeanor violations, no crimes of a misdemeanor level or greater, no contact with victims, do not enter victim’s residence, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, remain law-abiding. Received additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property, disorderly conduct, and fourth-degree assault-peace officer-throws/transfers bodily fluids at or onto officer; each dismissed.
