Josh F. Young, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of violating domestic abuse no contact order; fined $260, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Received additional charges of interrupting/interfering/impeding/disrupting 911 call and two domestic assault-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; each dismissed.
