Kevin F. McGregor, 53, of Woodbury was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Fredy Corado Ramirez, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 in two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received additional charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and fourth-degree driving while impaired; both dismissed.

Received additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; both dismissed.
