Use/possess/transport cannabis or hemp product under 21 years of age — Kaden R. J. Rogge, 20, of Fairmont; fined $135.

William C. Wolfert, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of duty to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $40.

Derris A. Ballard, 66, of Fairmont, was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200.

Weston G. Jensen, 43, of Fairmont, was convicted of domestic abuse-violating order for protection within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $75, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 274 days for two years, credit for time served nine days, sentenced to service five days for indeterminate, unsupervised probation two years, no misdemeanor violations, no violations of a misdemeanor level or greater, remain law-abiding, comply with an OFP’s or other protective orders.

Sara L. VanMeveren, 24, of Marshall was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of hands-free law-accessing video content/images/games/software applications; fined $50.

Michelle M. Lilly, 56, of Forest Lake was convicted of speeding; fined $155. Received additional charges of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; dismissed.
