Kristina A. Hanapie, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Received an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; dismissed.

Mathias A. Tiffany, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Kurtis L. Lynch, 22, of Mankato was convicted of trespassing-returning to property within one year; fined $260, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar. Received an additional charge of tampering with motor vehicle/entering without owner’s permission; dismissed.

Child passenger must be restrained in booster seat/safety belt — Jeffrey C. Frost, 62, of Edgar, Wis.; fined $135.

Uriel Melendez Ramirez, 35, of Granby, Mont., was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, supervised probation one year, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Received additional charges of driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and fourth-degree driving while impaired; both dismissed.
