Aurelio J. Ramos Maldonado, 23, of Arlington, Texas was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without Minnesota registration; fined $100.

Carlos A. Ahumada Lopez, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired; fined $690, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 358 days for two years, credit for time served six days, supervised probation two years, sentenced to service one day for 90 days, comply with Ignition Interlock Program, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, cognitive skill training, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain a travel permit before leaving the state of Minnesota. Received additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor and fourth-degree driving while impaired; both dismissed.
