Angel R. Campos Gonzalez, 27, of Hibbing was convicted of weeds/grass overgrowth; fined $135. Also convicted of accumulation of garbage/rubbish; fined $100.
Cornell Harris, 67, of Fairmont was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $185.
Jacob J. Buntjer, 26, of Waukee, Iowa was convicted of operating a motor vehicle with holding a wireless communications device in one or both hands; fined $135. Received an additional charge of traffic collision-failure to notify owner of damaged property; dismissed.
Lori A. Jensen, 48, of Fairmont was convicted of trespassing-return to property within one year; fined $335, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, do not enter victim’s residence on Redwood Drive where the offense took place.
Benjamin S. Muller, 43, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication for fifth-degree posession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana; fined $500, supervised probation three years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment.

Driving after revocation — Rahsaan M. Wells, 48, of Mora; Keylow L. Harper, 39, Oakdale; both fined $285.
Mariska Terblanche, 52, of Rake, Iowa was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $360. Received additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours and driving while impaired-operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; both dismissed.
