Received additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours and fourth-degree driving while impaired-described; both dismissed.

Brandon D. Buesing, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault to inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, misdemeanor violations, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received an additional charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; dismissed.

Cassandra A. Baumann, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired; fined $885, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 334 days for two years, supervised probation two years, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, pay restitution in the amount of $309. 90, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, attend MADD Impact Panel, no same or similar, cooperate with any post-sentence investigation. Received an additional charge of fourth-degree intentional damage to property-other circumstances; dismissed.
