Philip K. Pytleski, 41, of Mapleton received a stay of adjudication for driving after revocation; unsupervised monitoring without conviction six months, no same or similar. Received an additional charge of displaying another’s plates; dismissed.

Alisa M. Petersen, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail eight days, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served five days, sentenced to service 5 days for indeterminate, supervised probation five years, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, pay restitution, maintain employment, obtain employment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training, mental health evaluation, writer letter of apology, contact with probation, complete comprehensive assessment.
