Bethany R. Lamont, 37, of Welcome, was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $560, sentenced to jail 365 days, stay 363 stays for two years, credit for time served two days, supervised probation two years, follow all recommendations of evaluation, psychological assessment, follow all recommendations of recent comprehensive CD assessment, cooperate with humane services and any referrals for adult mental health case management, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, mental health evaluation.
