Gavin W. Jensen, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to correctional facility 21 months, supply DNA sample.

Josh F. Young, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operating motor vehicle without carrying proof of insurance; fined $200.

Nathaniel R. Beckendorf, 46, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no same or similar. Received additional charges of operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating motor vehicle with an open bottle of alcohol, operating vehicle with expired registration, rear lamps required to illuminate license plates, and fourth-degree driving while impaired-described; each dismissed.

Kelly J. Peterson, 37, of Truman was convicted of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $100, sentenced to correctional facility for 15 months, stay for three years, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 11 days, sentenced to service 10 days for indeterminate, supervised probation three years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, probation directed to complete post-sentencing guidelines worksheet. Received additional charges of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type and speeding; both dismissed.

Michael A. Thompson, 65, of Fairmont, was convicted of possessing child pornography work-computer disk/electronic/magnetic/optical image with porn; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 30 days, sentenced to correctional facility 15 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and your civil rights are fully restored, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend sex offender program, do not possess/use ant pornographic/sexually explicit material, do not use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks, or enter any strip clubs or adult book stores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, psychological-sexual evaluation and follow all recommendations, do not enter places where sexual materials are available, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, no contact with persons under age 18, no unsupervised contact with minors, if contact is approved supervision must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, may have supervised contact with grandchildren, disclose all electronic devices to agent and install monitoring software as directed by agent, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, predatory offender registration required, comply with Predatory Offender Registration including photographing, fingerprinting, and DNA, reinstate on surprised probation under all previously ordered conditions, any electronic device will be subject to search and has to be approved prior to use, including current phone and any phone given to employer, follow all recommendations of evaluation, follow all recommendations from CORE Professional Services, submit to Polygraph Examinations as directed. Received nine additional charges of possessing child pornography on computer disk/electronic/magnetic optical image with porn; each dismissed.

Colby J. Beck, 31, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication for failing to notify owner of damaged property; fined $75, fined $243.86, unsupervised monitoring without conviction six months, pay restitution, no driving violations.

Joshua W. Clark, 48, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $660, sentenced to jail 264 days, stay 364 days for two years, supervised probation two years, no same or similar, no DAC, DAR, DAS violations, obtain driver’s license, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Blake J.
