Irma Cruz, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of failing to yield the right of way to cross traffic-uncontrolled t-intersection; fined $135. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.

Ashley M. Rosenfeldt, 40, of St. James received a stay of adjudication for theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; fined $622.20, supervised probation one year, no same or similar, pay restitution in the amount of $547.20. Received an additional charge of theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; dismissed.

Laurence J. Vogel, 81, of Fairmont was convicted of obstructing legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 27 days for one year, credit for time served three days, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, abide by any no trespass order or request by Mayo Health Systems if filed. Received additional charges of terroristic threats-reckless disregarding risk, disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, trespassing premises of another with refusal to depart; each dismissed.
