Yorman R. Marin, 43, of Wells, was convicted of taking wild animals while license was suspended for failure to appear or pay; fined $385. Also convicted of fishing with an extra line; fined $50. Also convicted of fishing-angle with unlawful tackle; fined $25.
Cory T. Hansen, 40, of Frost, was convicted of obstructing legal process-interfere with officer; fined $50,264.90, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 99 days, sentenced to a correctional facility for one year and one day, stay for five years, sentence to serve 80 hours for 60 days, supervised probation five years, follow all recommendations of evaluation, follow all recommendations of comprehensive use assessment, follow all aftercare recommendations including intensive outpatient services, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, pay restitution, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed,, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. Also convicted of fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 99 days, sentenced to a correctional facility for one year and one day, stay for three years, supervised probation three years, follow all recommendations of evaluation, follow all recommendations of comprehensive use assessment, follow all aftercare recommendations including intensive outpatient services, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, pay restitution, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. Received additional charges of 1st-degree assault-use of deadly force against an officer/prosecutor/judge or correction employee, 4th-degree assault on an officer, 2nd-degree assault with a dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm, 2nd-degree assault; all dismissed.
