Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Omar D. Vazquez Perez, 29, of Fairmont; fined $185; Marta L. Gomes, 26, of Fairmont; fined $260.
Brian C. Mesa Jr, 19, of St. Peter was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 27 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no disorderly conduct or assaultive behavior, no same or similar.
Rene K. Gomez Zepeda, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.
Brandon D. Buesing, 34, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of accumulation of garbage; fined $75, 49 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, have property cleaned up by 10/15/24 and contact the Welcome Police Department once the property is cleaned up, if in compliance then the case will be dismissed.
Alex C. Snelson, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 66 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, participate in cognitive skills programming as directed by the probation agent, attend Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings on a weekly basis and provide verification to probation officer, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no new assaultive or threatening offenses or behaviors while on probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type and dangerous weapons-metal knuckles or switchblade, were both dismissed.
Devon Q. Ingram, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree property damage-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $228, restitution $128, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, write a letter of apology and submit to your probation officer for approval, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. An additional charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

John F. Carroll, 56, of Orland Park, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.
