Nicolaas Johannes Marais, 52, of Bricelyn plead guilty to public nuisances affection peace and safety-keeping of inoperable machinery not in building: Fined $575. Granted stay of adjudication, sentenced to 1 year unsupervised probation. Condition-no same or similar, defendant has 30 days to get property completely up to code.

Mark Dennis Williams, 21, of Mankato was convicted of window tint-less than 50% light transmittance: Fined $85. Also convicted of tires extending beyond fenders: Fined $50 and convicted of front and rear license plates required: Fined $30.

Seat Belt-driver and passengers must use — Christopher Ryan Christner, 37, of Millersburg, IN: Fined $110.

Vanessa Brooke Pomerenke, 37, of Jackson plead guilty to a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent: Fined $3681. Was granted a stay of adjudication. Sentenced to 5 years supervised probation. Condition-pay restitution of $50 per month. Once employed should start paying $100 per month $3681. Write apology letter to victim and submit to agent for approval, obtain employment, provide proof each Friday of job searching, sign release fo Career Force programming and follow through with any programming available, maintain employment, complete mental health diagnostic assessment within 60 days if not already completed-follow all recommendations of assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, remain law abiding, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, are charged with any new crime, change address, employment, or telephone number, sigh release of information as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state.

Christina Lynn McDonald, 43, of Fairmont was charged with cannabis open package-cannabis use in motor vehicle on street or highway prohibited. Continued for dismissal, continued, 6 month unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Theodore Lester Winter, 62, of Luverne was convicted of careless driving, operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway: Fined $185. Another charge of DWI-Fourth-Degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Jared James Donnelly, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driver fails to stop for STOP sign: Fined $135. Also convicted of speeding: Fined $40.
