Vanessa Brooke Pomerenke, 37, of Jackson plead guilty to a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent: Fined $3681. Was granted a stay of adjudication. Sentenced to 5 years supervised probation. Condition-pay restitution of $50 per month. Once employed should start paying $100 per month $3681. Write apology letter to victim and submit to agent for approval, obtain employment, provide proof each Friday of job searching, sign release fo Career Force programming and follow through with any programming available, maintain employment, complete mental health diagnostic assessment within 60 days if not already completed-follow all recommendations of assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, remain law abiding, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, are charged with any new crime, change address, employment, or telephone number, sigh release of information as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state.
