Kvian Petus, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of school bus violation-stop signal extended/red lights flashing; fined $675, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Ezequiel Torres, 20, of Brownsville, Texas was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-lawful execution of legal process was dismissed.
Diana Phrom, 27, of Worthington was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.
Brett W. Meyeraan, 37, of Trimont was convicted of harassment-violate and knows of temporary or restraining order; fined $285, sentenced to jail 60 days, stayed 58 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, follow all orders for protections, no same or similar.
Jamal Vick, 38, of Enfield, Conn. was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $50.
Jennifer E. Neitzke, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 357 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 45 days, don’t leave Minnesota without court approval, successfully enter into and complete inpatient treatment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-$1,000 was dismissed.
