Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Lars R. Johnson, 66, of Blue Earth; Latell J. Chaney, 20, of Fairmont; each fined $135.

John D. Kietzer, 52, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Also convicted of fail to yield right-of-way to driver on right at a controlled intersection; fined $50.

Mya L. Johnson, 22, of Blue Earth was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Ivan Miranda Juarez, 29, of Blue Earth was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Charles F. Woodrow, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $135, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, domestic abuse evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar.

Urai L. Frenn Opelt, 19, of Tomah, Wis. was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Jelonda C. Singleton, 29, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
