Hector A. Santiago Juarez, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while registration is cancelled, revoked or suspended; fined $300. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285.

Colby J. Beck, 28, of Elmore was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon; fined $185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, give a DNA sample when directed, pay restitution if filed within 60 days. Additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm, aid and abet second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm, were both dismissed.

Matthew F. Beck, 32, of Buffalo Center, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon; fined $335, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, give a DNA sample when directed, pay restitution if filed within 60 days. Additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm, aid and abet second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm, and threats of violence, were all dismissed.
