Luis E. Marquez, 24, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $160, sentenced to jail 21 days, credit for time served 21 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, complete diagnostic assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete anger evaluation within 60 days and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order was dismissed.
Marco A. Duenas, 36, of New York, N.Y. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $300, one year unsupervised monitoring with adjudication, no moving violations.

Brett W. Meyeraan, 37, of Trimont was convicted of vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-no permanent marking of transmittance and reflectance; fined $50. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $30.
Arnold A. Bentz, 85, of Truman was convicted of fail to yield at entrance to thru highway after having stopped; fined $135, sentenced to jail five days, stayed 5 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charges of failure to drive with due care, and failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, were both dismissed.
