John R. Cayler, 65, of Storm Lake, Iowa; Amanda L. Guthmiller, 31, of Blue Earth; Dylan E. Smidt, 19, of West Des Moines, Iowa; each fined $225.

Brooke R. Kruger, 19, of Farmington; fined $285.

Failure to drive with due care — Scott B. Coenen, 31, of Madison, Wis.; fined $125.

Driving after suspension — Jonathan A. Melendez, 29, of Winnebago; fined $285.

Ronny A. Delgado, 40, of Edinburg, Texas was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type-multiple licenses prohibited; fined $185. Also convicted of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50.

Bernard F. Kriewall, 68, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; fined $200, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Terry L. Keithahn, 39, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault; fined $300, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, enroll in Veterans Court and follow all recommendations, continue counseling with ASC Psychological Services until discharged, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Two additional charges of malicious punishment of a child-less than substantial bodily harm were both dismissed.
