Town Hall at Fairmont American Legion

Representatives Bjorn Olson and Marj Fogelman and Senator Rich Draheim will hold a 2025 legislative update town hall meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 15 at the Fairmont American Legion at 300 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont. The public is welcome to attend.

Wednesday coffee at the Chubb House

The historic Chubb House in Fairmont is open from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, April 16, for coffee and more. Stop in to learn more about the first and only brick home in Martin County and the man who built it in 1867 for his family, Dr. Orville P. Chubb. Get acquainted with Fairmont’s rich history and the volunteers who have worked hard to preserve this building. Spring bowling league registration open

Spring Leagues at the Bowlmor Lanes bowling alley in Fairmont will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, for 9 Pin No Tap Mixed Trio teams and Thursday, April 17, for Mixed Doubles, both concluding on June 18. By registering before April 16, bowlers can save money on the first night of the League. The registration form can be located on the Bowlmor Lanes Facebook page. Fairmont Baby Cafe to meet Wednesday

Baby Cafe will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, at the Fairmont Elementary School. Baby Cafe is a drop-in support group for pregnant individuals and those feeding their babies breast milk. Support people and older children are welcome.
