Free testers at Recovery in Motion

Recovery in Motion in Fairmont will offer free-of-charge lifesaving Narcan nasal spray and fentanyl test strips to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 4, at 1100 Indus Street in Fairmont. Without the test strips, visitors can learn more about Recovery in Motion and its mission.

De-Age Your Brain with Janice Novak

Janice Novak will have a class about de-aging the brain at 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8 in a Zoom meeting. Current research shows that lifestyle and diet have a big effect on how the brain ages. The class will discuss which ‘superfoods’ reduce the damaging effects of toxins and inflammation on the brain and which nutrients are great for memory, attention, processing information, and reducing stress.
