Weight-losing acupressure with Janice Novak
Janice Novak will teach acupressure for weight loss from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25 in a Zoom meeting. Acupressure is an Eastern healing technique that involves pressing or massaging key points on the body to stimulate energy flow through meridian pathways. When the points that regulate metabolism, digestion, and thyroid function are blocked or out of balance, losing weight will seem like an impossible task. In this workshop, students will learn the main pressure points that help strengthen thyroid function, boost metabolism, control appetite, decrease food cravings, reduce stress eating, and strengthen the entire digestive system. Registration is required, costs $29, closes March 21, and can be completed on the CER webstore. For additional information, contact CER at (507) 235-3141.
