Face Yoga by Janice Novak

Janice Novak will teach face yoga from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24 in a Zoom meeting. Learn simple exercises that will rejuvenate the face. UHD Lunch and Learn

United Hospital District will have a Lunch and Learn about its surgery services from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20 in Room 012 at the Southern Minnesota Educational Campus in Fairmont.

Acupressure by Janice Novak

Janice Novak will teach acupressure for stress relief from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25 in a Zoom meeting. Acupressure is an ancient healing art and self-help tool. It can offer great relief with no side effects and help you feel your best. Participants will learn the Nine Master Pressure Points which are helpful and most frequently prescribed to help and assist every system in your body. Ruby’s Pantry distribution postponed

Due to the frigid weather forecast for Monday, Feb. 17, the Sherburn Ruby’s Pantry Distribution has been postponed from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24. Ruby’s Pantry is sorry for any inconvenience. Ruby’s Pantry wants volunteers and those driving through to be safe that night. Thank you.
