Spelling Bee at FES

Wednesday coffee at the Chubb House

The historic Chubb House in Fairmont is open from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Jan. 29 for coffee and more. Stop in to learn more about the first and only brick home in Martin County, and the man who built it in 1867 for his family; Dr. Orville P. Chubb. Get acquainted with Fairmont’s rich history and the volunteers who have worked hard to preserve this building. Surprise dinner at UCC

First Congregational United Church of Christ, located in Downtown Plaza in Fairmont, is having a Free Community Meal on Wednesday, Jan. 29. The menu is a surprise. Food will be served until it is gone. All are welcome to attend.
