Mental health presentation at MLHS

The public is invited to attend a presentation, “Gen Z Mental Health Strategies for Parents, Adults, and the Gen Z’er” at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Martin Luther High School in Northrop. The guest speaker is Kathleen von Kampen, MA, LMFT, LMHP, DCE of Gracepoint Ministries Therapist and Professor of Psychology at Concordia University. The event is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by the MLHS Parent/Teacher League as a community service.

Winter Sports Trivia at the Fairmont Brewery

Join the Martin County Library in Fairmont as it hosts Winter Sports Trivia at the Fairmont Brewing Company. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16. Work solo or in pairs to see who knows the most. There is no cost to attend and pre-registration is not required. Drinks are available for purchase at the event.
