Coffee party at East Chain Methodist

Kidcasso at Red Rock

Red Rock Center for the Arts will host Kidcasso, an open art studio experience for toddlers to tweens from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11.  Come and create some fun projects with your child.  There is a small fee, which can be completed on the website.

CREST focuses on dementia

The next CREST Lunch and Learn will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13 at the CREST office in Fairmont. The presentation, ‘Dementia Friends’ will be given by Joyce Peterson. A soup and sandwich meal will follow. This program is free to all senior citizens in Martin County. CREST appreciates a free-will donation for the lunch. Topics and menu are subject to change. Quilt Guild to meet Monday

The Prairie Star Quilt Guild will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, at the Fairmont Evangelical Covenant Church. The Quilt Board will meet at 12:30 p.m. and the evening group will meet at Jake’s Pizza at 5:30 p.m. Former President Elisa will share information on her President’s Quilt and President Kathy will share information on a UFO challenge for the year. Library ‘pieces together’ Lego Club

Join the Martin County Library in Fairmont for the Grades Kindergarten to 6 Lego Club at 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13. Come and bring a friend. Mini Monday at the Library

Come to the Martin County Library in Fairmont for stories and playtime during Mini Monday at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13. Mini Monday is for ages birth to five, accompanied by an adult caregiver.
