Matthew J. Stade, 33, of Trimont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $80, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no same or similar, pay costs.
Shane P. Schofield, 40, of Trimont was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $105. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Karen P. Diaz, 33, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $180.
Adam S. Kuehl, 32, of Ormsby received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of criminal vehicular homicide or operation-alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours; sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 13 days, three years supervised probation, follow all instructions of probation, complete and pay costs for driving with care program, no contact with victim(s), psychological evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, supply DNA sample, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, restitution is deferred pending attorney submissions, can serve jail for a week then week of custody with Huber privileges. Two additional felony charges of criminal vehicular homicide or operation-operate motor vehicle with alcohol concentration .08 or more, and criminal vehicular homicide or operation-operate motor vehicle with negligence under influence of controlled substance, and three misdemeanor charges of speeding, driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance were all dismissed.

Redenius, 44, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of possession of burglary or theft tools; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, sign probation agreement, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no new arrests, sign all releases of information, inform probation agent of medical appointments. Also convicted on four separate charges of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentencing for each charge includes: sentenced to jail 90 days, concurrent with another case, sentence to service five days for indeterminate. An additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempt to inflict bodily harm was dismissed.
